As a result of changes to the law pursuant to the Trust and Corporate Services Providers Act (“the Act”), HMF Corporate Services Limited, an affiliate enitity of the Firm, is duly licensed under the Act, and will continue to provide the below listed services which were previously provided by the Firm.
Services by HMF Corporate Services Limited include the following:
- Company and Business Incorporation as well as supporting regulatory filings
- Partnerships Registration
- Registration of Overseas Companies in Jamaica
- Corporate Secretarial Services
- Incorporation and registration of other legal entities
- The preparation and registration of Trusts and the incorporation of companies to beused for trust purposes
- Any other trust or corporate services as licensed under the Act
