We provide guidance for our clients through the various Jamaican Government and statutory bodies responsible for mining and the energy sector such as National Environment & Planning Agency, Ministry of Science, Technology, Energy & Mining, Ministry of Water, Land, Environment & Climate Change, Commissioner of Mines, The National Land Agency and The Office of Utilities Regulation.
