Admitted to practice in Jamaica in 1990. Tracey Ann was educated at the University of the West Indies and the Norman Manley Law School. She practised as a Partner at another prominent Jamaican law firm until she joined HMF in May, 2005. Her primary areas of practice are real estate development, project financing, corporate and commercial law, company securities, probate and estate planning. Tracey Ann is a Member of the Commercial Law and Continuing Legal Education sub-committees of the Jamaican Bar Association as well as an Associate Tutor at the Norman Manley Law School.
