Admitted to practice in England in 1986, where he practised with Gouldens, Solicitors, City of London between 1986 and 1996. He was admitted to practice in Jamaica in 1996, and practised as a Partner at another prominent Jamaican law firm until joining HMF in 1999. Educated at Magdalen College, Oxford University, Conrad's practice is focused in commercial litigation and industrial relations. He has considerable experience in litigation in Jamaica and England in a variety of matters. He is the Chairman of Medical Associates Limited, and previously served as a director of The Jamaica Bauxite Institute, Health Corporation Limited, Lascelles DeMercado Group, Caribbean Alumina Production Limited and the Jamaica Library Service.
