EMPLOYMENT LAW
We have acted for corporate employers and individual executives in employment matters, including:
- advising upon and drafting executive service agreements, and consultancy agreements, and in particular, past termination restraint of trade clauses;
- applying for or opposing injunctions enforcing post termination restraint of trade clauses;
- applying for or opposing injunctions enforcing garden leave;
- wrongful dismissal claims.
LABOUR LAW AND INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS
We have acted for corporate employers in connection with all aspects of labour and trade union matters, including:
- advising upon and negotiating collective labour agreements;
- advising upon and negotiating resolution of disputes between unions and management;
- representing management at the Ministry of Labour in disputes with unions;
- appearing at the Industrial Disputes Tribunal.
